Get the Gospel

Get the Gospel sessions are designed to enable small groups to meet and explore the Gospel for the coming Sunday. The sessions are written by Fr David Green (Assistant Curate at St Martin's, Ruislip and Deanery Interim Minister) and do not require any particular set of skills. Get the Gospel is not Bible study, nor is it formal academic exploration. It merely provides a framework for groups to meet and discuss the Gospels.

The concept for Get the Gospel was introduced well over a decade ago at St Martin's, Ruislip. Since then, a variety of groups with different demographics have continued to meet fortnightly to discuss the relevant Gospels. There are also established Get the Gospel groups in two other parishes now.

After much thought and prayer, we've decided to explore ways to share these resources with other parishes and communities. Unfortunately, this isn't as simple as uploading some PDF files to the web, but we're working on it as fast as we can. If you would like to know more, do please be in touch with Fr David.
